Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and the provider of LittleSaving for your use of the LittleSaving web app at https://app.littlesaving.io.vn and the website https://littlesaving.io.vn (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who provides the Service

LittleSaving is developed and operated by Nguyễn Văn Công, an individual based in Vietnam (“we”, “us”). Contact: vancongit87@gmail.com.

2. What the Service is

LittleSaving is a tool for recording and managing personal and household spending: wallets, transactions, budgets, recurring bills, goals, debts and reports. LittleSaving is not a bank or e-wallet: it does not hold money, move money or connect to your bank accounts. VietQR codes in the app only pre-fill transfer details; the transfer itself is made by your banking app.

Information and reports in the app depend on the data you enter and are not financial, investment or tax advice.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secret. Each account is for one person.
• People under 16 may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for activity in your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password and tell us.

4. Households and roles

• Data is organised by household. The person who creates a household is its owner; the owner (and admins) invite members with an invite code and choose their role.
• Members of a household see the household’s shared data. Private wallets (if enabled for the household) are visible only to their owner.
• The owner is responsible for who is invited. Only invite people you trust.
• When a member leaves or is removed, the transactions they recorded in shared wallets stay with the household so its numbers remain correct.

5. Subscription plans

• Plans are per household: the owner pays and every member of the household uses that plan. Current plans, limits and prices are published on the pricing section and in the app.
• AI receipt scans: each plan includes a number of scans per month, shared by the whole household and not carried over to the next month. The owner or an admin of a household on a paid plan can buy extra scan packs in the app: extra scans are shared by the household, used only after the month’s scans run out, and expire 12 months after purchase; expired scans are not extended or exchanged for money. Unexpired extra scans can still be used if the household moves to the Free plan.
• New households get a 30-day Family plan trial, with no payment method required.
• When a paid plan or trial ends without renewal, the household moves to the Free plan. No data is deleted: you can still view and use existing data, but cannot create more than the plan allows. If a household has more members than the plan’s seats, the owner and the earliest members keep editing rights and the others can only view until the household upgrades.
• We may change plan prices or limits. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and never apply to a period you have already paid for.

6. Payment

LittleSaving does not charge anything yet. When payment opens, you will be able to pay through:

• VietQR bank transfer via payOS (users in Vietnam): prepaid per period, never charged automatically.
• Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal via Paddle: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders through this channel. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders. Plans bought through Paddle renew automatically until you cancel; taxes may be added according to where you live.
• App Store / Google Play (once mobile apps are available): under Apple’s or Google’s payment terms.

We never store your card number. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; access other households’ data or try to bypass limits or security measures; overload the system or abuse the AI receipt-reading feature; resell or sublicense the Service without our permission.

8. AI features

Receipt reading and category suggestions use artificial intelligence and can be wrong. Check the amount, date and category before saving.

9. Your data

The data you enter belongs to you and your household. You can export (Excel / CSV) and back it up at any time from the Data section of the app. How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted (maintenance, infrastructure provider incidents, network outages). Back up your data from time to time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for financial decisions you make based on data in the app, or for indirect damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, after notifying you where possible.

13. Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change materially, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new version.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; failing that, by a competent court in Vietnam. Users in other countries keep the mandatory consumer rights of the country where they live.
