FAQ
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and is for one person with 3 wallets and 3 budgets. No card is needed to sign up.
How does the 30-day trial work?
Every new household gets the Family plan for 30 days, so you can invite everyone. If you don’t upgrade, the household moves to Free — no data is lost.
What happens to other members when the Family plan ends?
All data stays. The owner keeps the permissions of the current plan; other members can still sign in and see everything, but can only view until the household is back on Family.
How do I pay?
In-app payment is coming soon: VietQR bank transfer for users in Vietnam, and cards / Apple Pay / Google Pay for users abroad. Nothing is charged yet.
Is there a phone app?
Yes: open LittleSaving in your phone’s browser and choose “Add to Home Screen” — it runs full screen, sends notifications and works offline. App Store / Google Play versions will come later.
Is my data safe?
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure over encrypted connections. Each household is isolated by access rules inside the database. See the Privacy page for details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. When you cancel, your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. You can export all your data at any time.
